I stayed in a Classic Double Room, Dog Friendly for a week. The room was cozy and clean, but it felt snug for two people. There was only one window, making it stuffy at times, even with the air conditioning. The heating worked perfectly, and I liked the good shower pressure. But no full-length mirror was a bit annoying. it was decent for the price, just a bit cramped at times.

Perfect little getaway
Got a nice surprise when I checked in early and my room was ready! Room was comfy and tidy. I loved the made-to-order brekkie options. Tried the Sunday roast too, super tasty! Only issue was hearing a tad too much from the neighbors, but it didn’t ruin my stay.

The room felt snug, definitely on the smaller side. Stepping sideways to get past the bed was awkward due to the compact layout. It had only one window, and with two people, it got quite stuffy. An air conditioning unit helped cool it down, but it couldn't really resolve the warmth in the room. The carpet seemed worn along the corridor, and the bathroom felt internal and lacking in ventilation. On the bright side, the communal areas shone with freshness and a warm atmosphere. Jason stood out as exceptionally helpful with local tips. The Sunday lunch was enjoyable, and the sheets were clean with towels always replaced. But I had to manage parking every day, which could be tricky, sometimes blocking others. After a long workday, I really didn’t want to deal with that.
